Part 1: Select one Activity-Goal from the list below, which you want to investigate for implementation in your school-community.
- Increase student awareness of career opportunities
- Increase sustainability practices in school and community
- Improve school landscaping
- Provide community service
- Improve facilities for students with disabilities
Part 2: Complete an analysis of an effective plan for community outreach which includes the following:
- Identify the gaps in the current school environment
- Identify the constraints and restraints that will prevent fulfillment of community partnerships
- Provide at least three strategies that will engage communities and help fill the gap in the current school environment
- Support your strategies with details and incorporate ideas from your research, course readings, and practical experience. Cite and reference your sources in APA style.
