VUCA has become a commonly used term used across many business contexts to describe turbulence and/or disruption. Drawing from the relevant management literature, explain the term VUCA, and using one company example from an industry of your choice (e.g., retail, transport, pharmaceutical), explain how some executives have guided their organisations when dealing with a technological disruption. Explain why these executives have succeeded or failed in their efforts to adapt to changing circumstances.
