Part 1; Describe a situation in which a command language or a natural-language interface (choose only one) may be more beneficial for users than other input methods would be. Include the intended audience, the main purpose of the application, and why a command language or a natural-language interface would be more suitable for this situation. Be sure your description is well organized and includes at least two examples.

Part 2: For this milestone, you will submit an overview of your selected web application and an analysis of the application’s design and ease of use with regard to human-computer interaction (HCI). This task consists of the following parts:

  • Application Overview. From the list of options in the Final Project Guidelines and Rubric document, identify the application you will analyze for your final project, explain why you chose it, and identify the intended audience.
  • Analysis. Analyze the application’s design and ease of use with regard to HCI best practices. Support your position with examples, and use appropriate HCI terminology based on information in the first three modules. Also provide recommendations for improving the application’s design and ease of use.

Part 3: Using PowerPoint (or another tool such as Prezi), create the slides and speaker notes for the first section of the final project.

  1. Introduction to your team:
    1. Given the client complaints, determine the specific issues that the help desk is facing, and explain how you came to these conclusions.
    2. What are some goals and objectives for a successful IT help desk? In other words, what service-level agreement standards or overall service goals need to be attained in order for the help desk to be considered successful?
