Think about the relationship between and independent variable and a dependent variable that I propose and do the following:
- Suggest THREE control variables that you would need for each example (do NOT tell me how you would measure them)
- Each time you suggest one, explain WHY you think it is necessary to control for it.
- In the above example you would say, Older people are more likely to be Republican and your partisanship is likely to affect whether you vote for Trump.
