Please use the HR Performance Ratings spreadsheet for this assignment. You will be asked to take 6 separate correlations, then answer a question about what you find.
To do a correlation in excel, use the formula =correl(array1, array2). An array is simply the rows you will include. So, for the first question the formula will be =correl(F101:F111,M101:M111).
