Find a workplace group that you will be allowed to observe and that you are familiar with.  (Don’t use your own family) and complete a group observation check list Sample Group Observation. docx Using the data you have collected in a 5 page Applied Thought Paper briefly describe the group as you observed it. If you cannot find a group you may use a fictional or movie group. Describe the process you would go through to provide a team consultation and intervention designed to increase factors that would enhance the team’s dynamics, effectiveness and/or productivity, and eliminate/reduce factors that hinder team synergy, effectiveness and/or productivity.

 Your paper should include the following :

• A brief description of the group/team you have selected for this project (can be real or fiction, but not your family).
• A description of the initial presenting concern or challenge that the group/team is seeking services to address.
• A description of the process you will recommend to assess the group’s/team’s needs relative to the concerns or issues raised.
• An overview of findings/major themes surfaced from the assessment process (this can be real results or made-up/hypothetically projected/fiction results).
• A description of the intervention strategies you and the client have agreed upon to address the identified group/team related concern and challenge.
• A description of the method(s) you will employ to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention.
